Middle of the week - middle of the road - tip to get you thru the week
Yes its finally Wednesday, the middle of the week. I hope it finds you well. Usually Wednesday night is pizza or leftover night at my house and doing fun relaxing things are put off until the weekend. This little tip works every time and it is effective at work or home. First, go into the bathroom for a few minutes. Next get a washcloth or paper towel nice and wet with hot hot water. Cover your face, wash your face as you take 3 long deep breaths and tell yourself that the weekend is coming. Wash your face slowly. Don't feel guilty to take a sanity break. Sometimes if you have a headache or its been a really rough day - dry your face and wash it again. Your face and your thoughts will be renewed and lifted. Take a moment to close your eyes and and thank God that he is helping you thru your day and tahh dahhh.... you are all done. Do it, use it, and don't wait until bedtime to wash your face if you need a second of sanity.
