Mary Kay was an actual person that started a company by all women 45 years ago. Some people when they hear the name Mary Kay they think of pink cars. Yes Mary Kay was the author of giving women pink cars. On the other hand, most people don't know why cars were given out, anything else about her, nor the company she created. Please take a moment and let me introduce you.

Mary Kay knew how women functioned and she knew how the business market functioned. More times than not (still true today) men are the higher executives, have higher salaries for the same job, and women are passed on promotions. In corporate business too often people aren't verbally recognized for things done right only put down when things go wrong. Sometimes there isn't time for recognition or its not noticed whatever the case she wanted to create a business to help women excel.

Mary Kay gave the consultants rewards every step of the way. One of the thousands of rewards are the several free brand new cars that women can drive and use (tax, licence paid, some or most insurance paid). My coach and friend just received her brand new Cadillac SRS, and it is a beauty. As long as she keeps her business going she can drive it free for 2 years! After 2 years she can pick out another brand new car or get equivalent monthly cash bonus whatever she prefers. Mary Kay rewards are incredible.

There are over 1.5 million beauty consultants in over 30 countries and growing. I am very excited to watch it expand and grow. Mary Kay is an amazing product that women love to use, and love to share. Its not about sales its about relationships and people. The two things I love best about Mary Kay the products and the person is the heart felt goodness and honesty everywhere. Mary Kay established the best way to work a successful business was putting family first, faith second, and business third. She was a honest business person and never told consultants to lie or twist peoples arms to get them to buy anything. Mary Kay products are reasonably priced and the saying "a little goes along way" certainly applies here. Trust me I am married now, but still a college student. I know how hard it is live, pay rent, pay for college, and not be eating mac and cheese every night! My husband has a great job so its easier now, but a deal is still a deal. I have been using Mary Kay for about 10-11 years now and am excited to share all my secrets.
