Thanksgiving tips of the week

The morning of the feast take a walk or do some regular exercise to jump start your body's metabolism (ie... start burning fat right away). Even if you are like my brother, and want to see how much turkey you can actually eat in one sitting.... eat breakfast. Skipping breakfast won't help you eat more later.

2 Thanksgiving beauty tips...
As you pull out the sweaters to keep warm, don't forget to protect your skin. During the cold seasons its just as easy to get sunburned as it is during the summer. Please use sun block on your face and lip balm for your lips. Moisturize your face - winter wind and colder temps will take the moisture right out of you skin. Don't let your skin develop premature aging signs like wrinkles from lack of moisture. Fight the elements by using moisturizer every morning and evening! Your skin will thank you.
